I was riding some roads like this yesterday, but I think I hit one too many potholes… broke another spoke (lucky thing I was on my way home by then!) and took a good hour last night to re-true my rear rim. But whatever—a little bit of adventure is worth such consequences.

Ooooooooooooooo……… maybe THAT’S why I keep breaking spokes… but fire roads are so good…

let’s just pause for a moment and think about what it might be like to ride those cobbles….. ….. …..
Better you than me, suckas!

We have some roads around here that are about this bad.  Once you get up to speed I think this would actually be ok.  Just don’t try to stop suddenly :).  Unfortunately, these roads are the same reason I cracked my old Surly frame along one of the welds.  Now I try to avoid them… or at least only do them on 700x32 or larger tires.
