Hey, I’ve done my time in harsh winters! But no more. I still laugh when people say ‘It’s cold out!’ here. It’s cold in the shade in the forest and at elevation. Ah, who am I kidding?! Chilly is a better word :) Great shots, K. Hope you didn’t hurty.
It’s just my insane envy for your beautiful sunny winter days… don’t mind me. We get off easy compared to NYC’ers… but Seattle just cannot cope with snow because there’s no infrastructure in place for it. Snow is the man that has the one night stand with lady Seattle, leaving her helpless and destitute; for him it was a meaningless fling, for her, she’s left to pick up the scraps left behind from his philandering ways.
One day… ONE DAY… there might be snowploughs keeping the streets clean. But that day is definitely not anywhere in the near future.
